Q: Do you give discounts to your customers?
A: We give discounts to our subscription customers.
Q: How do I get pricing?
A: Please use our request service or pricing link.
Q: Will I be notified when the work has been completed?
A: Yes, Turnover Fix & Shine uses an advanced scheduling and work order system that will give you a notice the day before your service is scheduled and again once our team has completed the work.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, we are insured up to 1 million dollars.
Q: Do you require money to be paid upfront?
A: No, in fact, be careful if any company asks you for money before the job has been completed.
Q: Do you do executive property preventative maintenance?
A: Yes, we have a portfolio of over 15 million dollars of executive properties that we maintain.
Q: Do you require written contracts?
A: No, we will enter into a contract at a customer's request, but we show up every time like it is our last opportunity to win your business.
Q: Do you charge by the hour?
A: We give you a flat rate. However, we do have three clients with whom we work on a fair market value concept.
Q: What is the fair market value concept?
A: A few long-term clients trust us to buy supplies and materials for a job, and when we are done, we charge them the price of materials and a fair labor rate for the project. We use a program that tells us how many hours a task should take, and we charge them at that rate.
Q: What if I am not happy with the work that was done?
A: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will return to fix it for free. We subscribe to Sam Walton's principle for customer satisfaction: "Make good on all your mistakes, and don’t make excuses – apologize. Stand behind everything you do.
